Running tests on a windows machine led to unforseen test failures because of the / vs \ conflict.
All failing tests are now skipped with DisableOnOs. These tests should be reactivated/adapted so we test the behavior on a windows file system correctly.
May require setting up an in-memory file system that resembles different OSs.
