Refactor handling external repo errors in get commandΒ #2824
Description
Catching DVC repo exceptions and rethrowing them in get (here and here) should probably be handled in external repo. Also, it seems to me that now there is no situation where OutputNotFound will not be converted to NoOutputInExternalRepoError.
