Binding outside of lifecycle should cause subscription to immediately end #23

Right now, it throws an exception, but it would make more sense to immediately end the subscription (since, presumably, the only way this happened was because you delayed a subscription past the lifecycle, but intend not to keep it outside of the lifecycle).
