You can put badges in buttons and they'll become white to fit into the buttons' color scheme.

Feel free to change a custom button's border radius to make it look similar to badges. Bootstrap is highly customizable.

Using the .badge component as a replacement for buttons is not something we'd encourage or support at the moment. As explained in the docs, the badge's sole purpose is to highlight new or unread items.
