Megatron is a Drupal 7 version of the UBC CLF (common look and feel) v.7. It incorporates many of Twitter Bootstrap's functions and markup. There are some additional functions that can be placed into the template.php file if you want to override default Drupal markup for those elements and replace it with default Twitter Bootstrap markup.
