Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some degeneracy happens with local and global trend in DLT with logistic global trend.

Describe the solution you'd like
To make a stabler fit, consider having the first data point fitted with global trend only.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Can also consider adding extra likelihood fitting respose by global trend only.
