hello @bsherman I really like this idea of CoreOS as a ublue image 👏 I notice you have an HCI image maked as testing with ZFS support included. Is there away I can help get the image considered stable? |

Fedora immutable desktops are possible because of the groundwork already done in Fedora CoreOS, a server OS designed for running container services.
uBlue desktops are great because they take stock Silverblue, Kinoite, etc, and make them a smoother experience, with painless, simple automatic upgrades. But what if someone wants an experience like this on their server?
Enter uCore, a "batteries included" build of CoreOS in the spirit of uBlue desktops.
Currently this project builds a
ucore
image; it adds a few packages to make CoreOS more feature rich out of the box, plus configures staged upgrades just like uBlue desktops.There are plans to add more variety including:
Possible further additions include pre-defined podman quadlets for a set of easy to enable commonly used, home server/home lab services.
