This fixes how the wallpapers beginning with
xe_weren't displaying in the system settings menu of KDE Plasma on Aurora. The fix works by adding manifest files for each respective file. Alongside adding manifest files for the missing wallpapers, I added manifest files for the default wallpapers. This gives them prettier names and allows for the display of the original author.This pull request requires #1806 to be merged first.
