📚 Documentation Issue Report

Describe the issue

Right now the README just says to provide a Slack auth token, but not what type of token or how to get it.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

We should have a basic walkthrough of where to go to create an application, and what configuration it needs.

From the app I just created, the only necessary OAuth scope (so far) was chat:write.
