When a page is available in one language, but not another, and the user changes the language via the language picker, a "Translation not found" page will be shown. This page is not cached for the purpose of offline access.

@sheralim012 is it possible to disable (grey out) the languages that aren't available. Therefore users cannot select languages that are not available.
