* VOTE-2587 replace email sign up hardcoded string

* VOTE-2587 replace registration tool hardcoded strings

* VOTE-2587 update partnership templates

* Updating block_content ids for new block types

* VOTE-2587 remove deprecated strings from po files

* VOTE-2587 remove migrated strings from po files

* VOTE-2587 clean up template files
Limit image captions to simple format

* VOTE-2587 update styles for img sizing
Remove alt text for us flag and make it decorative
