Description

Update Drupal core and contributed modules. You can review the ticket comments for the list of updated modules.

1. Locally, run lando retune to install updates.

QA/Testing instructions

1. Confirm that site is still operational. The updates to modules are primarily for Drupal 11 support.
2. Confirm field groups for content types are rendering as expected.
3. Confirm that SVG Images are working as expected.
