Upgrade to polkadot-sdk commit 4a400dc1866f11707331fb6408df1055d0f42a70

What this PR does:

• Sync with polkadot-sdk/4a400dc1866f11707331fb6408df1055d0f42a70
• Remove contract-specific events (CodeStored, Instantiated, etc.), as they were removed in pallet-revive.
• Derive address of deployed contract in cargo-contract instead of fetching it from an event (no longer possible).
• Some leftovers: Remove the generic Hash where pallet-revive uses a fixed H256.
• Remove debug_message, as it was removed in pallet-revive. We'll add the possibility to trace extrinsics in a follow-up, that's the pallet-revive debug functionality which replaces debug_message.

Follow-ups:

• Display CodeInfoOf for cargo contract upload and cargo contract info (if not already).
• Add a flag --trace to all sub-commands that issue extrinsics.
• Add cargo contract map/unmap.
