I think we can pick the environment variable changes from #38 at commit: d381ee2

This way, tania can pick settings from environment variables. Gonna cc @bepitulaz for this.

Adding support for environment variables

To satisfy issue #39, I'm adding support for dotenv file. I also has set
up the PHPunit for doing unit test and functional test.
