During the last OpenControl community discussion, the folks from NGA were talking about a new XML-based specification developed within an ODNI standards office that was being used as a standard way for representing authorization artifacts, which are collectively referred to as the body of evidence (BOE); per CNSSI 1254. This encompasses SSPs, SARs, RARs, POAMs, etc. Throwing this out there as it may be helpful to facilitate a conversation with the folks involved.

Scott Kaplan, Deputy Chief, Cyber Integration, would be the most appropriate resource to reach out to regarding this (scott.r.kaplan@nga.mil).
