Build Sample Component Definitions

User Story:

As an OSCAL stakeholder, it would be helpful to have component definition files in OSCAL to serve as examples, as well as for proof-of-concept and testing.

Goals:

• Identify suitable examples to create.
• Create examples.

Dependencies:

Issue usnistgov/OSCAL#216 and possibly Issue usnistgov/OSCAL#328.

Acceptance Criteria

• All intended examples have been fully drafted.

@brianrufgsa is working one ficticious example. @anweiss may work on a sample. @iMichaela will work with @JoshLoveUSAF to find other USAF examples, if possible.

@brianrufgsa created a few examples, which @david-waltermire-nist has used. Will evaluate during Monday's working sessions (9/23) the degree to which additional examples are needed.

This work has been completed. The example is posted in the OSCAL content GitHub repository. If there is a need for a more specific example, then a new issue should be created.
