Remove non-working example from documentation

$ date --date='TZ="America/Los_Angeles" 09:00 next Fri'
date: invalid date 'TZ="America/Los_Angeles" 09:00 next Fri'

$ udate --date='TZ="America/Los_Angeles" 09:00 next Fri'
udate: invalid date 'TZ="America/Los_Angeles" 09:00 next Fri'
