Ventoy 1.0.63 release

1. VentoyPlugson.exe fixed the "plugson.tar.xz not found" error, when the path contains unicode characters.
2. Add check for invalid characters in menu_class plugin in VentoyPlugson.
3. Fixed a bug when booting latest Solus in UEFI mode.
4. Optimization for Ventoy2Disk.sh
