文档增加一项配置：

tags:[
  {
    filter: "name='Tom'"
  }
]

edges: [
  {
     filter: "degree > 10"
   }
]

说明： filter 可选配置，类型为string，配置内容需要符合SparkSql 的过滤规则，参考spark sql filter API
