Public Icon missing an symbolic icon

Describe the bug
Public folder do not show the correct symbolic icon, instead of correct icons, it seems a static halt symbolic icon appears. See the img below.

To Reproduce
Nautilus/Files - File Manager have a folder called Public. I use nautilus on Xfce.
Xfce have a bottom panel like plank called Panel 2, the last button is a folders menu that where you can see the missing symbolic icon for public folder.
