This PR moves the generation of the AST rewriter away from the old
visitorgenthat has served us well, into the newasthelpergen, which was recently introduced to generate thecacheSizemethods.Apart from being much smaller and easier to understand, it also sets the stage for generating more code. Next we want to generate deep clone methods for all AST elements.
