What is this (Optional) Install nixl for? Can you explain in readme who should take this optional step? |

Nixl is to run PD disaggregate, I am providing the step because now we cannot install nixl from pypi any more (the package is cuda-only), so we need to build from source. Previously, we used to install nixl through vllm-gaudi requirements.txt, and now it needs to gcc compiling so I put it as optional for who really needs nixl. |
