[Bugfix] Fix broken Qwen2.5-omni tests

• Use Qwen2.5-omni-3B for test
• Fix version comparison so that preview models with transformers 4.52.0.dev0 can also be run.
• Correct Qwen2.5-Omni auto_cls to AutoModelForTextToWaveform:

ValueError: Unrecognized configuration class <class 'transformers.models.qwen2_5_omni.configuration_qwen2_5_omni.Qwen2_5OmniConfig'> for this kind of AutoModel: AutoModelForVision2Seq.
