Steps to reproduce
Add a v-tooltip over a v-btn embedded in a v-toolbar
Expected Behavior
The v-btn positioning/rendering shouldn't be affected by the presence of the tooltip.

the v-btn is misplaced, like pushed away when it has a v-tooltip
