How to solve this Error
"exec_tg_command': Telegram command failed: {"result"=>"FAIL", "error_code"=>71, "error"=>"RPC_CALL_FAIL 400: OFFSET_INVALID"} (RuntimeError)"

program runs without problem after reject and again run.
