There is already an entry in unacceptable behaviors speaking about retaliation against complaints on CEPC/CoC grounds. That is important, but too narrow. Retaliation in other contexts is unacceptable as well. I suggest either broadening the existing entry, or adding a separate one. For instance, broadening the existing one could yield something like this
Retaliating, or taking adverse action, especially when in a position of power or influence, against someone for their legitimate behavior that one may dislike. Notably, but not exclusively, against anyone who files a complaint that someone has violated this code of conduct, or who voices criticism or concerns in good faith over the acts of someone with a position of power or influence.
