During the website redesign, we updated some URLs, including the copyright, licenses, etc.
That PR updates these URLs to avoid redirects.
The PR itself is ready but we need to update respec and bikeshed when merging. If we are ok with these changes, I'll submit related PRs to these tools.
@plehegar how does that sound?
@vivienlacourba the tests are failing because we still have the old URLs in the backend and they are exposed via the W3C API that pubrules uses.
