Invoke `http::OP_HANDLE_REQUEST` for events that are HTTP requests #18

For Lambda events that are HTTP requests (ALB and API Gateway events), invoke http::OP_HANDLE_REQUEST.
If the target actor does not handle this message type fall back to the standard generic event.
