This removes the ProtectedCaller and FuncResolver traits, simplifying call implementations and improving dynamic call throughput.

348: Internal runtime↔️ backend abstraction refactor. r=lachlansneff a=lachlansneff This replaces the `ProtectedCaller` and `FuncResolver` traits with a combined `RunnableModule` trait.
