Custom tags explanation

Hello there,

I am using wfmash as part of pggb. I am checking my alignments/mappings to find a suitable parameterization for my case.

In the process, I am trying to interpret the custom tags that come with each alignment, but I failed to find documentation. Some are documented elsewhere or are obvious (e.g. cg), but for others, I do not see where they come from. I might infer what some of them stand for (gi: gap-excluded identity?, bi: blast identity?), but I prefer to confirm and be sure. There are others I have no clue.

Can you point me where are they documented?
