Intercepting queries/mutations and apollo studio integration.

Can you recommend a way to intercept graphql calls so we can analyse usage of queries and mutations?

We are looking to understand how we can manage changes to our types and manage those changes with the services (all internal) that make those calls.

If we can find a place we can capture these calls we could look push this info to apollo studio for analysis.

Any insights into how we could do this is appreciated.
