Customer permissions not loaded when navigating by url

In the system-tests I'm startig a workflow by navigating to the product details page (by directly entering the URL of the subscription) and subsequently click the "actions" and "Modify Subscription References and Permissions" link.

In this case the customer permissions are not shown:

However, when we navigate to the subscriptions details page by clicking a link in the subscriptions table or by clicking the link on a process detail page and then subsequently start the "Modify Subscription References and Permissions" workfow then the customer permissions are shown.
