More of a to-do for later but once we start having labelled data, use vowpal wabbit's hyperopt to figure out what parameters are best to use. Would basically just modify the VW_ARGS line in skill-labeler\skilloracle\__init__.py once results are in hand. This is meant to be a manual process (although it could be automated)
