Definition of done

• Update the README with K3s Cluster Node(s) Upgrade #132 and Error "Variable name is deprecated" #136 informations
• Include existing example inside the README to avoid non-working example (like in Error "Variable name is deprecated" #136)
• Add some automatisation like stale-bot
• Add pre-filled template for issue
• Add some security checks for TF
• Add example for at least one big cloud provider (Windows Terraform - SSH authentication failed #43)

NOTE¹: I remove the #132 on this issue scope because of its complexity; it's not just a simple documentation but requires more investigation too
NOTE²: I remove the how to contribute task waiting the #133 to be implemented
