Bug描述
4.1.0电视端移动进度条缓慢

如何重现
重现该程序行为的步骤：
使用电视遥控器左右移动进度条，每次需等待加载后才能再次跳下一个10s 十分影响效率。

希望的正确行为
经过测试使用4.0.8版本进度条拖动非常迅速没有卡顿不知道是不是升级版本后其他地方影响的
