Tabs not working when separated with comments

This is working:

```

But when I add a markdown comment, it does not work anymore

```typescript
// Test
```
<!-- Not working when there is a comment here -->
```java
// Test
```

Can it be fix/implemented ?

I need it to make it works with Mardown Magic
