Option to disable initial animations on startup and restarts

Currently initial animations will play on startup, this is fine the first time it plays, but if you're killing the compositor or restarting it, it can be jarring, especially depending on the type of animations you've.

A better approach would be to have an option, preferably toggleable per animation rule that prevents it from showing the initial animation.
