Task: Decide on how to fill the list of organizations

Task Description

In the TF GeoNode Meeting on 09.07.2024 it was decided to use a controlled list of organizations both for "persons" and "funding information". Even if we use ROR information, so far we should manually fill this list with relevant information. This task should be done by a data steward. But before, this list need to be identified.

Workflow:
For institutions and funding: ROR (https://ror.org/) (relates to crossref); if not registered use Crossref (https://gitlab.com/crossref/open_funder_registry); if not registered use individual list, should be added;

Question: where is the list? Who has access to? Needs to be impemented into the upload tool:

@krmeierzalf Hat bereits Marcels Vorgaben, welche Angaben bzgl. Organisationen gespeichert werden, angepasst;
