Feature: enhancement advanced metadata editor

This issue is a collection of minor issues, change requests and todos related to the advanced metadata editor. see list below:

• In Licenses CC-BY is missing, add them to default licenses and just add them via UI ?
• Subtype must not editable in metadata editor
• recent changes to metadata editor from @silvadealmeida like funders are not available for maps
• add field: lineage of metadata changes (changelog of metadata editing after data publication)
• add field: lineage of data changes (changelog of data editing after data publication)
• Change Edition to Version on Metadata
• In the fields Use Constraint Restrictions and Othe restrictions to add msg “Hold control to select more than one”
• Hide the field Thumbnail path at the Advance metadata page
