Describe the feature

I want to be able to add --all-features to the Rust-language provided test tasks . As it is, it makes it not very useful for running tests when working on Tokio (or other repos where tests can only run with --all-features. In the original blog post, there was an option to edit the templates, however, I can't see an easy way to edit the Rust tasks since it's fully integrated and not an extension.

Environment

Zed: v0.162.5 (Zed)
OS: macOS 14.5.0
Memory: 24 GiB
Architecture: aarch64

If applicable, add mockups / screenshots to help present your vision of the feature
