The top 3 winners selected by . our sponsor Creative Tim and I, will win the Big Bundle which is an unbelievable tool for any developer and freelancer. Prizes are each worth over $1560: https://www.creative-tim.com/product/buy/bundle/big-bundle

You must use the IBM Watson Speech to Text API (It's free, don't worry): https://www.ibm.com/watson/services/speech-to-text/
-
You must start your project from the starter template created by Creative Tim here: https://github.com/timcreative/udemy-pk2 This was created using https://www.creative-tim.com/product/paper-kit-2 which you are more than welcome to use (free).

You have until March 31st at 11:59pm EST to submit your website (using Github pages to put it online. If you don't know how to do that, check out Lecture 66 in the course). You will have to submit the link to the #coding_challenge slack group with the following message: "Coding Challenge#3 Submission: check it out @Andrei Neagoie". Submissions not following the above rules will not be judged.

Use whatever tools you have as developers (google, friends, slack, programming buddy etc...) but I will not be offering any help with this challenge. Just like a developer you must solve a problem and build something that will be challenging. Nobody will hold your hand during the job so we want to experience that by figuring it all out on your own!

The top 3 winners will be picked by myself and some of the team members of Creative Tim at our own discretion and announced a few days after March 31st when the contest ends. The three students will receive the Big Bundle for free from Creative Tim.
Using the starter template (https://github.com/timcreative/udemy-pk2) you will have to build a website that uses IBM Watson Speech to Text API (https://www.ibm.com/watson/services/speech-to-text/). What is it going to do? That is up to you! But using this API you can do things like: Use words "UP" "DOWN" to control the website scrolling using a bit of javascript. Or you can display what the user says on the website. Here is a tutorial video to get you started: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Imb4RSG6alg
Looks difficult? Don't worry, being a developer is all about making small steps towards the end goal. Along the way, you will learn about Voice Recognition and working with APIs. Most importantly you will have another project to put into your portfolio to wow your clients.
Don't have a microphone on your computer? Partner up with a programming buddy who has one!
The rest is up to you to research and figure out. Use this as a challenge to learn about Voice Recognition (which will be very important in the future).
Can't wait to see the submissions! Thank you for being part of this course and the community!
