Fixes old batching algorithm which always resulted in at least 2 fibers being created, even when no parallelisation was required due to static
zipPar's. New algorithm removes superfluous fibre creation.Also there is a fix to an edge case where combined single GetItem and a single Put/DeleteItem were getting executed as single item batched queries - these are now executed as parallel single queries.
