• Improved ls command. Attributes, owner, size, and last write will be displayed to main command function.
  

• Created command attr for display, set and remove attributes for a file or directory

• Added parameter -r for ui command that will reset console foreground and background color to default.

• Added confirmation message check for shred command.

• Removed ls -se since locate has the same function.
