Blocky picks 2 random resolvers from the list for each query and returns the answer from the fastest one. This improves your network speed and increases your privacy - your DNS traffic will be distributed over multiple providers.

According to the document(Sorry that I didn't read the source code), Blocky picks 2 random upstream resolvers, I wonder if Blocky can support to just pick only one random upstream, so that we won't share each query request to two resolvers? Thanks!

More flexible upstream strategies where proposed and discussed in #355.
This may be an addition to that.

As mentioned by @kwitsch, this would be addressed in #355
