FEAT-(CORE): Transaction Processing and Security

Original scope of work from the project plan (just for reference)

1.  Integration with on-chain & off-chain identity (i..e Holonym, Polygon ID, zkPassport), Compliance-Data providers (i.e., Chainalaysis, Hexagate, Coinbase) and on-chain permissionless attestors (e.g. EAS); 
2. Integrate with solutions like zkPassport for secure, privacy-preserving identity verification, proving that someone is not a sanctioned individual or from a comprehensively sanctioned country; 
3. Ensure sufficient delays for suspicious activity checks at the point of depositing/withdrawing from the bridge; and 
4. Provide methods to reject or revoke assets in cases where accounts cannot produce sufficient compliance proofs.
