Overview

We need to audit the workflow for the user: builder so that we can make sure that is it ready to launch.

Action Items

  • Go to homepage and define all paths that take you to the builder workflow (in Figma Jam)
  • Identify the discreet steps and put what is missing or other notes on each step

Updated figma Jam with 4 paths from home page to "start building" guide.

Main issues:

-"Start Building" Guide itself is outdated from defined approval/ build workflow
-"Creator Overview" verbiage requires review
-Guides for workflows are not synced with current process "Workflow Guide for Builders" currently talks about automation card moving in kanban for future automations

See detailed notes for above issues in figma jam

figma jam now contains developer workflow/ journey through approval and development process (in progress) as well as journey case study for ava's automation approval and adaptation from @ExperimentsInHonesty. From there we will need to create a workflow guide that captures this workflow.

We keep updating the Figma workflow while we follow the process with Ava's automation (https://github.com/100Automations/GHA-add-issue-to-project/)
