Not checking for elevated privileges on silent

Forgot to add check for run as admin on -silent

However, that kind of functions as intended... It's silent, so it shouldn't throw up an error message if it's not elevated... However we're going to get issue ticket after issue ticket about this... I'm going to set it up to write it into the log instead. Win-win
