Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, setting any as the operator in the Facets Feature will not work properly when creating a meta facet AND a taxonomy facet. That happens because each one will set an operator => or in their *_query clause but it won't check a post for a post that has a term OR a meta field
Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally, after working on #2969, we would be able to get all the query parts and join them properly, wrapping those two clauses in a should, instead of a must.
