I dont know how to use this

I am new to mac so i dont know much about terminal and i kind of just SUCK at coding language so can i get some help for using this? Please and thank you

Also when i tried to run it then it says ERROR: Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/Library/Python/3.8'
Consider using the --user option or check the permissions.

Sorry but this is a toy project of me so it's not yet very reliable / user-friendly. And I've no idea what's happening on your mac.. Maybe there's something wrong with your pip configuration?

Try adding sudo before the command, you will run it as root

Get administrator perms if you want to install
