Remove Fedora23 lib64/python2.7 -> lib/python2.7 symlinks when fixed in lldb #1

The Fedora23 dockerfile adds a symlink for the python 2.7 library directory. It should be removed when the problem is resolved. https://github.com/eosrei/docker-swift-dev-buildbot/blob/1d79ae4ec0ab1360acd5f953a5b8368de095373f/fedora/23/Dockerfile#L35
